Approach: Coaching begins with a team meeting to cast vision regarding the values of a corporate vision and the action steps required for each leader to excel within. A variety of assessments are provided that establish clear actions steps for personal growth that produce maximized results when implemented both personally and as a team.

Getting started: A team-meeting is scheduled for the purpose of establishing trust, and gathering information essential to establishing a course of action. Once the data has been collected, our staff will contact you to schedule a series of team meetings that will provide the tools and vision to excel as a team.
Coaching progression: Following the first introductory session, we will evaluate the team needs and schedule strategic sessions accordingly. We recommend meeting every 2-4 weeks over a 6-9 month period with email communication between meetings.
